Top 3 Attractions in Nairobi, Kenya

After having my first encounter in Nairobi’s eastern part I decided to visit the Great Rift Valley, and one of the places that had an enormous effect on my trip to Nairobi was the Emakomi Safari Lodge. This is a great lodge situated on the Great Rift Valley, with its own parking area at the edge of the rift valley. Once inside the lodge, you can explore the vast savanna and experience firsthand the animals and wildebeests that call this place their home. The Emakomi Safari Lodge offers all the amenities that will make your safari enjoyable, including meeting and greeting with some of the animals, a tour of the park, a meal and the chance to relax at the lodge before returning to Nairobi city.

The Great Rift Valley is a home to a wide range of different animal species. Visitors to Nairobi often come back with new and exciting ideas on how to include these animals into their own personal safaris. Because the westernmost part of Kenya is a desert, there are many animals living in the surrounding areas, including the big five – elephant, giraffe, impala, leopard and buffalo. When you visit Nairobi on your safari, you can expect to see several different species of monkeys, as well as a wide variety of different flying and land animals like kites and insects.

The Nairobi National Park is also a popular attraction for visitors who have a desire to see more on the field while in Kenya. This park is the largest in Kenya with an area of about forty thousand square kilometers. It has the largest concentration of large herbivores, including lions, hyenas and buffaloes. This park has been designated a World Heritage Site by UNESCO. The safaris offered here will allow you to see a wide variety of wild animals including lions, wildebeests and elephants.

Another popular attraction in Nairobi is the Mombasa city center, which is also located on the outskirts of the national park. The city center is home to a wide range of hotels, restaurants and eateries that providing cuisine from all over the country. You can even try the local cuisine at some of the restaurants that are found in the city center.

Some other great attractions in Nairobi include the Kenya Wildlife Services Amboseli National Park, where you can view numerous mammals and birds that include crocodiles, hippos, elephants, black rhinos and even lions. You can even camp at one of the game lodges around the park if you wish to spend the night. There are also two parks near the city center that offer you the opportunity to view rare and beautiful Kenyan wildlife. These parks are Amboseli National Park and the Ngorongoro crater.

The wildebeest migration takes place between June and October every year, which is also the time of the Kenya Wildlife Service’s annual elephant count. It is important to note that the rhinoceros and elephants differ from white rhinos, which are considered to be one of the most rare species of animals in Kenya. With all the magnificent scenery that you can see and hear, the Kenya Wildlife Services hopes that you will enjoy your visit to Nairobi and take back many memories that you can use for years to come.
